ELIAMEP highly values gender equality and is strongly committed to its promotion. This commitment is reflected in the organization’s research, policy engagement, and active participation in public debate on gender inequalities and discrimination.
This folder brings together ELIAMEP’s work on gender issues. Key areas of focus include gender mainstreaming in research and innovation, gender budgeting, workplace discrimination, gender-based violence, and the gendered dimensions of migration and integration.
Through a wide range of research, training activities, and awareness-raising initiatives, ELIAMEP promotes and disseminates gender knowledge.
ELIAMEP was the first research centre in Greece to adopt a Gender Equality Plan.
