Kyriaki Karydou is a researcher and project coordinator of the SEE-ERA project. She holds an MA in Gender, Society, and Politics from Panteion University and is currently pursuing a PhD at the Athens University of Economics and Business, focusing on gender (in)equality in research and academia and institutional change. She has extensive experience in managing H2020 and Horizon Europe projects related to gender equality in research and innovation.”
