On Tuesday, 27 May 2025, ELIAMEP hosted a closed roundtable discussion on “Greece and India: Historic Ties, Modern Continuity via IMEC and Recent Developments in the Region” with Ms Meenakshi Lekhi, Former Minister of State for External Affairs of India, at the Costas Apostolidis Conference Room. The participants engaged in a candid exchange on India’s strategic vision, the evolving geopolitical landscape in South Asia and the Eastern Mediterranean, and the significance of initiatives such as the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC).
