At the Regional Growth Conference, held in Patras from 12 to 14 May 2025, ELIAMEP and the EU Youth Hub organized the session “Civic Engagement & Youth Participation in Politics & Policymaking”, with Athina Fatsea, Savvas Papadopoulos, Ioanna Theodoropoulou, Lefteris-Foivos Vasilopoulos, Marios Arampatzis, and Eirini Frygana participating as speakers.
The session focused on the participation of young people in political processes, the enhancement of their political literacy, the structures and mechanisms that support democratic engagement through institutions such as the EU Youth Hub, and the importance of effective EU communication targeted at youth.
