The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Greece & Cyprus has published, in open-access electronic form, the collective volume The Europeanization of Greek Foreign Policy, edited by Antonis Klapsis and Nikolaos Tzifakis. The book examines how Greece’s national preferences are shaped and intersect with the priorities of the European Union’s foreign policy on key issues. The volume also features contributions from six ELIAMEP researchers, each offering their analysis in a dedicated chapter: Panayotis Tsakonas with the chapter “Greece in Search of Security and the ‘Europeanization’ of Foreign Policy,” Ioannis Armakolas with a chapter on “Greek Public Opinion and Albania’s EU Accession Prospects” (co-authored with Giorgos Siakkas), Spyros Blavoukos and Panos Politis Lamprou with the chapter “Greece and European Defence Cooperation,” Ritsa Panagiotou with the study “Economic Relations between Greece and the Western Balkans: Trends, Dynamics, Influencing Factors,” and Panagiota Manoli with the chapter “The European Union’s and Greece’s Policy toward the Eastern European Neighbourhood: Convergence and Divergence.”
