On 11-12 June 2018, Evangelia Psychogiopoulou participated as legal expert for Greece in the E-nact training workshop on the techniques of judicial interactions in the application of the EU Charter: Freedom of expression. The workshop was organised by the Centre for Judicial Cooperation, Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies (Florence, Italy). More information about the workshop can be found here. Evangelia was invited to discuss the case law of the European Court of Human Rights on user-generated content following the seminal judgment Delfi v. Estonia.
