The housing problem has developed into one of the most pressing social crises in Europe and, by now, in Greece as well. What went wrong, why housing is becoming increasingly unaffordable, and which policies can genuinely provide solutions? They are the authors of the Policy Brief on the housing issue in the European Union and Greece.
