It will not take long before they are reflected at the pump, nor before we see a return to normality in oil flows,” said Michalis Mathioulakis, Academic Director of the Hellenic Energy Forum and Research Associate at ELIAMEP, speaking to ERTnews Radio 105.8 and the Dimitris Petropoulos.
