Maria Gavouneli evaluates the visit of the Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to Athens for talks with his Greek counterpart Giorgos Gerapetritis, the “normality” that both sides stress has emerged in Greek-Turkish relations thanks to the frequent meetings and promotion of the so-called positive agenda, but also the two sides’ ongoing inability to reach any sort of agreement on the two outstanding crucial issues: the Aegean and Cyprus.
