Dr Elena Lazarou in Bloomberg: “Europe is facing a convergence of crises”

She points out that a new theatre of conflict unfolding in the Middle East, so close to the EU, further compounds these pressures and forces difficult choices regarding priorities, resources, and strategic focus.
