Isabelle Trinquelle
Non-Resident Research Fellow, European Project DevelopmentIsabelle Trinquelle holds a PhD in Environmental Law from the University Paris XI and has more than 20 years of experience in the design, coordination, and evaluation of European projects, with a strong focus on sustainable local development. Since 2001, she has been a long-standing collaborator of the Mediterranean Centre of Environment (MCE) in Athens and works also with CDE PetraPatrimonio in France.
As an expert evaluator for several EU Programs (Horizon 2020, Erasmus+, CERV), she has contributed to the assessment of numerous European projects.
Her work bridges research and practice in areas such as sustainable rural development, natural and cultural heritage management, non-formal education, and participatory governance. She has contributed to numerous European projects (including Erasmus+, COSME, ENPI, and Creative Europe), combining expertise in project development, training, communication, and evaluation.
