Evangelia Georgiou

Evangelia Georgiou is the Events and Communications Officer of the European Information center Europe Direct ELIAMEP Attikis. She is a graduate of the Department of International and European Economic Studies at the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s student in the International Negotiations programme of the Athens University of Economics and Business.

She has extensive experience in organising simulations of international organisations (Model United Nations, Model European Union) in Greece and abroad. She conducts trainings for rhetoric groups for their participation in the aforementioned conferences, as well as for the coordinators.

She has previously worked as a Research Assistant, where she gained considerable experience in the analysis of European Union policies. Lastly, she has been a member of the EU Youth Hub’s Core Group, acting as the Head of Events.
