Emine Çiğdem Asrav
Post-doctoral Research Fellow, HOMEACROSS project (2021 - 2022) emineasrav@gmail.comEmine Çiğdem Asrav is a conservation architect and has worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher in Architecture in ERC StG HOMEACROSS at ELIAMEP during 2021 – 2022.
Emine obtained her PhD title at the Graduate Program in Architectural and Landscape Heritage, Politecnico di Torino, in 2020. She also holds a M.Sc. in the Conservation of Cultural Heritage (METU, 2015). During her studies she has been involved in academic activities as a research and teaching assistant. In addition to her academic experience, she has participated in national, international and multi-disciplinary research teams. Her research interests cover multi-cultural heritage, multi-layered landscapes, rural heritage places, politics of heritage, place-based and community-driven conservation.
