Aleksandra Spasovska

Aleksandra holds an MA in European interdisciplinary studies from the College of Europe in Natolin, Poland.

Currently, she works as Project Officer at ESTIMA, a North Macedonia-based think tank and consultancy. Previously, she worked as a civil servant at the Secretariat for European Affairs and the General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia.

She is educated and trained in the field of European Affairs with a special interest in public administration reform. She is a graduate of the EU Scheme for Young Professionals of the Western Balkans, an EU-funded project that included a regional executive training programme and an exchange component for young civil servants from the WB6, aimed at contributing to the progress in the accession process and deepening regional cooperation in the Western Balkans.

Aleksandra gained extensive experience in regional cooperation with comprehensive understanding of the evolution, challenges and effects of the regional economic, political and security integration and cooperation in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. Her specific field of interest covers the roles and objectives of states and regions such as the United States, Russia, China, Japan, European Union and ASEAN in supporting different types and configurations of regional processes.
