These guidelines (in Greek) provide a practical guide for how higher education and research organizations can develop Gender Equality Plans. They describe all the steps that a university or research organization must take to develop and implement comprehensive sets of actions to tackle gender inequalities in their internal structures and functioning.

It is a product of the TARGET project “Taking a reflexive approach to gender equality and institutional transformation” funded by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 Program. In the frame of this project, ELIAMEP developed and implements its own Gender Equality Plan.  Our goal with these guidelines is to transfer this acquired knowledge and capacity to Greek universities and research organizations that perform or fund scientific research. By combatting gender inequalities, we can simultaneously expand the prospects of development for the engaged organizations and for our country too.
