On 22 and 23 February 2013 Associate Professor at the University of Athens, Dimitri. Sotiropoulos, ‘Stavros Kostopoulos’ Research Fellow at ELIAMEP, Ioannis Armakolas, and Researcher Fellow of the SEE Programme, Anastasis Valvis, participated at a conference entitled: ’22 Years of International Development Assistance to Southeast Europe (1991-2013): Lessons for Donors and Recipients’.
