Loukas Tsoukalis gave a keynote speech at the ‘Quo Vadis Europa?’ seminar in Santander

The President of ELIAMEP, Professor Loukas Tsoukalis, was invited for the second consecutive year to deliver the keynote address at the annual Quo Vadis Europa? seminar, organized by the former EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, at the historic Palácio de la Magdalena in Santander, Spain (25–29 August 2025). Professor Tsoukalis opened the seminar with a lecture titled “Europe in the New Geopolitical Landscape,” contributing to the high-level discussions on the challenges and strategic choices facing the European Union in an increasingly complex international environment.
