Dr Constantine Capsaskis at the Mediterranean Forum on Maritime Security

Dr Constantine Capsaskis, Research Fellow with the Mediterranean Programme, attended the Mediterranean Forum on Maritime Security
organized by the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Poldimed, Salma Dialogue, and the Mediterranean Foundation for Strategic Studies (FMES).

The conference brought together an international group of practitioners and researchers to discuss a wide variety of issues including the geopolitics of maritime security, transnational maritime crime networks, hybrid and cyber threats to maritime trade, and cooperative governance mechanisms.
