Discussion with Dr. Tonka Kostadinova as part of ELIAMEP’s “Coffee & Career Talks”

As part of the monthly “Coffee & Career Talks” initiative, ELIAMEP hosted, on Wednesday, 1 April 2026, a discussion with Dr. Tonka Kostadinova, Visiting Research Associate at ELIAMEP and former diplomat.

The discussion focused on career pathways in international relations and diplomacy, as well as on the role of women in foreign policy, drawing on Dr. Kostadinova’s professional and research experience. Particular emphasis was placed on the skills and qualifications required for careers in diplomacy and international affairs.

The discussion was moderated by ELIAMEP’s Director General, Dr. Elena Lazarou, and was attended by young researchers from research institutions across Greece.
