Dr. Elena Lazarou at the Athens Security Forum 2025

On November 11, Dr. Elena Lazarou, Director General of ELIAMEP, participated in the Athens Security Forum, organized by the Institute of International Relations (IDIS) at the Hellenic Armed Forces Officers’ Club. Dr. Lazarou spoke in the panel “A New Division of Labor between NATO and the EU: The European Defense Identity” alongside H.E. Laurence Auer, Ambassador of France to Greece, Dr. Thanos Dokos, National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of Greece, and Mr. Dimitrios Kottas, CEO of Delian Alliance Industries. The discussion was moderated by Prof. Marilena Koppa, Dean, Panteion University, and former Member of the European Parliament.
