The main partner institutes involved in this project were: the Centre for the Study of Global Governance at the London School of Economics (LSE), The Istituto per l’Europa Centro-Orientale e Balcanica (IECOB – Forli), The Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies (WIIW), the Centre for Liberal Strategies (CLS – Sofia), the Institute for Market Economics (IME – Sofia) and the Romanian Academic Society (SAR – Bucharest),as well as the Southeast European Studies Programme (Oxford University).
