Dr Panagiotis Barkas, Research Fellow at ELIAMEP, has been shortlisted in the Business and Innovation Award category of the Study UK Alumni Awards 2026. The Awards are staged by the British Council Greece in partnership with the British Embassy in Athens.
The Study UK Alumni Awards celebrate international alumni of UK universities who have had a significant professional and social impact. Dr Barkas’ selection acknowledges his contributions to policy analysis and innovation, as well as his work at the intersection of academic research and public policy.
The awards ceremony took place in Athens on Wednesday, 4 February amidst celebrations to mark a decade of the Study UK Alumni Awards in Greece.
