Loukas Tsoukalis talks about the importance of the dialogue that has begun between Greece and Turkey. However, he notes that if Mr Erdoğan believes Turkey is a great power in the region which the rest of the world must respect and, in essence, submit to, then the dialogue has no future, because no Greek government can accept such a premise.
