Dr Constantine Capsaskis at the Mediterranean Advisory Group meeting

Dr Constantine Capsaskis, Research Fellow with ELIAMEP’s Mediterranean Programme, participated in the 2026 meeting of the Mediterranean Advisory Group held in Athens by the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Regional Program Political Dialogue South Mediterranean.

The discussion focused on the expanding role of middle powers in the area, including shifting security dynamics, regional diplomatic engagement, and economic relations. The Group also examined the role of the European Union in the Mediterranean.
