When military AI makes life-or-death decisions

Dr George Tzogopoulos examines the issue of the reliability of Artificial Intelligence systems and points out that wherever human oversight is reduced, the ability to verify these systems is automatically reduced with it. Given both the unreliability of AI systems and the unstable international environment, he argues that a wrong decision made by an AI system could lead to a wider conflict.
