Dr. Elena Lazarou participates in the 4th Delphi Brussels Forum

Dr. Elena Lazarou, Director General of ELIAMEP, participated as a speaker in the panel “Enlarging the Union: Regaining Momentum” during the 4th Delphi Economic Forum Brussels on November 6, chaired by Maria Tadeo, Head of EU News and Correspondent at Euronews. The discussion highlighted the geopolitical significance of EU enlargement for both current and aspiring member states, emphasizing how the process contributes to strengthening collective security, stability, and prosperity across Europe. The panel also featured Gert Jan Koopman, Director-General of DG ENEST at the European Commission; Nemanja Starović, Minister of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia; Predrag Zenović, Chief Negotiator for Montenegro’s Accession to the EU at the Ministry of European Affairs; and Miroslav Lajčák, National Security Adviser to the Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic.
