The Forum Proceedings of the 2023 Tirana Civil Society and Think Tank Forum have been published, providing comprehensive details about the event in Tirana, including key recommendations, detailed reports from panel discussions, and complete policy briefs.
The Open Society Foundations–Western Balkans (OSF-WB), mandated by the Government of Albania the 2023 holder of the Presidency of the Berlin Process, and in collaboration with the Hellenic Foundation for European & Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) and with the Cooperation and Development Institute (CDI), hosted the Civil Society & Think Tank Forum 2023.
ELIAMEP was the lead organization of the Thematic Working Group on Politics of Enlargement. The implementing body of the ELIAMEP’s contribution to the Civil Society and Think Tank Forum was the South-East Europe Programme which also participated in an advisory role which assisted the leads of the working groups tailor the conclusions and recommendations in the most effective way to address policy makers in Brussels, EU member states and the Western Balkans.
