“The most important parameter that concerns Greece is that even if Erdogan is considering the option of dialogue and wants it to take place, if he indeed wants to completely reduce tensions and prioritize discussion, it is only on his terms and following his own agenda. But both members must compromise, while international law and the law of the sea dictate certain parameters and you can not use them as you want,” said Triandafyllos Karatrantos, Research Fellow at ELIAMEP, in his interview on ERT1.
