“The conditions are now completely different. Turkey and Erdoğan are not who they used to be in 2004. And certainly, there is no ‘Helsinki’ or the possibility of a Turkey ascension to the EU. And Turkey has certain reasonable claims and equally some preposterous ones. Given this, the big question remains what topics will we bring to the International Court of Justice in The Hague, if we end up appealing,” writes Panayiotis K.
