Talking about Bulgaria’s 5th elections in two years, Yorgos Christidis notes that “It is obvious Bulgaria is facing a crisis, perhaps its most critical political crisis in 20 years”. He also spoke about the low voter turnout, which is due both to voter fatigue brought on by the multiple contests and to general cynicism about the possibility of the current political system effecting significant change. Finally, he explores the possible coalitions that could now form.
