On April 7th and 13th, 2023, the European Programme of the Hellenic Foundation For European & Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) entitled: EPACE-EU (Enhancing Public Awareness and Civic Engagement in the EU) hosted two tailor-made seminars for civil servants at the National Centre for Public Administration & Local Government (EKDDA). The seminars focused on basic concepts of public policy analysis, including public policy making, implementation, and evaluation at both the national and European levels. The seminars were conducted by Professor Spyros Blavoukos, Head of the Ariane Condellis European Programme of ELIAMEP.

The seminars were implemented in the framework of the EPACE-EU (Enhancing Public Awareness and Civic Engagement in the EU) programme, which seeks to increase citizens’ awareness and promote civic participation in deliberative democratic processes. The programme aims to enhance citizens’ understanding of the EU policy-making dynamics, especially young people, in an engaging and pedagogically appropriate way.
