“What is to be done? The war, the Western Balkans and the EU” | Publication – Isabelle Ioannides

Dr. Isabelle Ioannides, Senior Research Fellow at the South-East Europe Programme, co-authored the policy paper titled “What is to be done? The war, the Western Balkans and the EU” which was published by the Institute for Human Sciences (IWM).

This paper underlines the importance and necessity to restore the credibility of the EU enlargement process in the Western Balkans. It explains why and outlines six guiding principles turn a process that is bust into a process that can work to the benefit of both the EU and the Western Balkan countries.
