APPRAISE: Co- creation workshop in Greece, 30 October 2023

In the context of the European Project APPRAISE (fAcilitating Public & Private secuRity operAtors to mitigate terrorIsm Scenarios against soft targEts), the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) has organized on Monday 30 October 2023, a workshop titled: “The terrorist threat against soft targets and the European and National Policies for the Protection of Soft Targets. New Technologies for the protection of public spaces: legal, privacy and ethical challenges”. 

Dr. Lilian Mitrou, Professor at the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering, University of the Aegean and President of the Institute for Privacy Law, Personal Data and Technology was the keynote speaker at the workshop.  

The keynote presentation was followed by a discussion among the participants of the workshop with project researchers Eirini Keremidou and Triantafyllos Karatrantos acting as moderators of the discussion.
