Ioannis Armakolas participated as a guest speaker at the expert network meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), held in Skopje between the 13th and 14th of November 2023. The event entitled “Strategic Foresight in a Changing Environment: perspectives for Cooperation and Security in Europe – Building the OSCE Expert Network” was organized by the current OSCE Chairmanship, which is held by North Macedonia, and the OSCE Secretariat.

In particular, I. Armakolas participated in the panel “Cooperation for security in Europe – trends and scenarios“.

H.E. Helga Maria Schmid, OSCE Secretary General, and H.E. Bujar Osmani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia and current OSCE Chairperson were the speakers of the opening panel of the event.

The conclusions and recommendations of the experts participating in this event will be sent to the OSCE member states in view of the OSCE’s Cabinet meeting to be held in Skopje between 30 November and 1 December.
