The President of ELIAMEP, Prof. Loukas Tsoukalis, was the keynote speaker at a public event in Skopje on Geopolitical EU Enlargement. The President of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs also participated in the event.
