Ana Krstinovska, Research Fellow for the South-East Europe Programme and President of ESTIMA, was invited by ReSPA – the Regional School for Public Administration to deliver the impulse intervention at the launching conference of the initiative “Western Balkans Public Servants Capacity Building and Mobility Programme with Italian Administration”.

In her speech titled “Unlocking Potential: Public sector capacities in view of EU integration”, she focused on the “double role” of the public administration in the Western Balkans as both a target and a tool in the region’s EU integration process, highlighting the importance of public administration reform to ensure efficiency, integrity, professionalism and depoliticization of the civil service.
