Iro Koutoumanou was born in Athens and holds a Law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has further specialised with focused International Law courses at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. Her academic and volunteer work, notably with the Green European Foundation and Sustainability for Students, underscores her enthusiasm for Climate Diplomacy and European Unity.
She is set to further her practical experience through an upcoming internship at the Embassy of Greece in Berlin.
She speaks English and German, with introductory Arabic skills.
