“No matter how great the political challenges are at the EU level, it is worth trying to re-communalize our bilateral problems (with Turkey), as it is now becoming clear that in several European capitals the non-solution of the Greek-Turkish problems influences the implementation of ad hoc agreements, such as the one on refugees.
