A training seminar on mentoring techniques, organized by ELIAMEP and the SEE Programme, took place on 18 of January 2023 in the context of the H2020 MIGREC. The seminar was delivered by Mrs Maria Grammatikopoulou, an Employability Counselor and vocational trainer. Mrs Grammatikopoulou has an extensive experience as a mentor both in the academic context as well as with regard to career opportunities and professional development. The seminar was delivered through the ZOOM platform and was attended by MIGREC staff (professors and PhD candidates). In the course of the seminar and, in particular, following Mrs. Grammatikopoulou presentation, a fruitful discussion took place covering different aspects of the mentoring process and also elements and procedures that MIGREC can adopt in order to enhance its mentoring scheme.
