What does democracy mean to you? What do you think about the general state of democracy in your country and in the EU? Do you feel represented? Do you think that the EU is moving to the right direction? How do you perceive the future of Europe? Do you feel that your voice is being heard regarding the formation of the EU? How would you like to participate in crafting the next 20 years in Europe?
The Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) invites young people, 18 to 30 years old, to participate in the event “Democracy and Youth – Focus Group Discussion” and discuss the state of democracy in the EU. The event is organized in the framework of the project “EUact2- Towards Democratic and Inclusive Europe: EP Elections and Active Citizens Participation and Contribution”, which aims to encourage the political engagement of citizens, especially young people.
The event will take place on Wednesday 18 January, from 17:30 to 21.00, at Serafio, Municipality of Athens.
