Recent developments in the Balkans and the formation of new political balances place Greek foreign policy before significant changes. In this political juncture, the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) organized a Panel Discussion on: Developments in the Balkans and the Role of Greece. Speakers included: Mr. Panayis Vourloumis, President and CEO, ΟΤΕ S.A., Dr. Evangelos Kofos, Special Advisor to ELIAMEP, Mr. Stavros Lygeros, Journalist “Kathimerini”, Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Member of Parliament, New Democracy Party. Mr. Pavlos Tsimas coordinated the discussion.
