On Tuesday 10 October 2023, the fifth and final of a series of five online roundtable discussions took place in the context of the project “Civil Society Network in the Context of UN’s Sustainable Development Goals in Greece”, a project funded by the Acf programme and implemented by ELIAMEP together with ICHR.
This event was organised by a working group of NGO representatives (group titled ‘Partnership’) and entailed a discussion of the strategy paper the group had produced on the issue of lobbying in Greece.
The roundtable discussion began with a presentation of the paper by Stefanos Loukopoulos, Vouliwatch, and was followed by commentary on the paper and related issues by Maria Chatzipoulidou from the Ministry of the Interior, Anastasia Sotiropoulou from the National Transparency Authority of Greece, and Avgi Oikonomidou, Senior Advisor at SEV. A broader discussion then took place among the other members of the working group that were present.
