On 3 November 2023, ELIAMEP organised a roundtable discussion in Athens on ‘NATO and Challenges to Regional Security in the Mediterranean’. The event was sponsored by NATO Public Diplomacy Division.
The aim was to give the opportunity to policy-makers and scholars to share their views about the future of the Mediterranean as long as the war in Ukraine persists. Sessions focused on NATO-EU cooperation, climate change and security as well as international competition and maritime security.
