Following Turkey’s presidential elections, attention has once again turned toward the country’s ongoing balancing act over Ukraine. Allies continue to wait for Ankara to officially confirm Sweden’s NATO membership, as the corresponding fate of F-16 sales remains uncertain in Washington. Meanwhile, Turkish-Russian ties are now strained over the renewal of the Black Sea grain deal and cross-border aid to Syria. Amidst this uncertainty, our panel explores the future of Turkey’s relationship with the United States and NATO, as well as its implication for security in Southeastern Europe.
