In the context of the EU funded H2020 MIGREC project, the South – East Europe Programme of ELIAMEP held the first day of the second session of the Publishing Seminars. The seminar on “Journal Ranking and Impact Factor” was led by Ioannis Armakolas and Julianne Funk of the academic journal Southeast European and Black Sea Studies. In the seminar also participated Giulia Guariento, Portfolio Manager – Area Studies, Taylor & Francis group.
