On Monday 20 May 2013 President of ELIAMEP, Professor Loukas Tsoukalis gave a public talk in a debate organised in Croatia in view of the country’s adhesion to the EU on 1 July 2013. Member of the European Parliament (MEP) and former Foreign Minister of Croatia  Tonino Picula, MEP Andrej Plenković and Professor at Cambridge University Brendan Simms  participated in the panel.
