On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Marshall Plan and the 25th anniversary of the Marshall Memorial Fellowship Programme of the German Marshall Fund of the US, the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) organized a panel discussion on: The Marshall Plan, sixty years on: Would a New Peace-Building Plan Work?.
