Blackwill, Former Senior Official in the National Security Council, Member of the Board – Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, Harvard University, Andrei Kokoshin, Member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Committee for the CIS’ Affairs and Relations with Compatriots, and Loukas Tsoukalis, Professor of European Organizationς – University of Athens, and President of the Board of Directors of ELIAMEP. Theodore Couloumbis, Professor Emeritus at the University of Athens and Vicepresident of the Board of Directors of ELIAMEP moderated.
