In a critical point for the Western Balkans region, the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) in cooperation with the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington D.C. organized a 2-day conference which was held in Athens on November 12-14 2010.

Our goal was to bring together experts from think-tanks and NGO’s, academics and government officials from the US, EU member states and the Western Balkans, in an effort to help focus attention on the obstacles to reform in the region and coordinating the transatlantic policy towards the Western Balkans. Here you will find the list of participants and the conference’s agenda.
