TiSA (Trade in Services Agreement) is a negotiated commercial multilateral agreement among 23 member states of the World Trade Organization (WTO), including the E.U. TiSA is based on the General Agreement of Trade in Services (GATS). The aim of this negotioation is the liberalisation and deregulation of sectoral markets in the tertiary sector.
